Clean and Simple Peony card

This card was a quick and easy card to do, and I have purposely not put a sentiment on it, so that I could use it for various occasions.

I started by cutting a piece of card down and putting that in my misti, just because I had it out, you certainly don't need to use it for this card, an acrylic block would be just fine.

I stamped the flower and then masked it, and used the stalk from the Altenew Wallpaper Art stamp set, which turns out is the only stalk I have in any of my sets!
I stamped that and then stamped one leaf as well.
I coloured the flower, stalk and leaves with copics.
I made a double bow with my bow maker and wrapped the extra strip of ribbon around the back of the panel and then attached it to some craft foam and then onto the card base.

And that is the card finished!

I have a video of making the card.

If you would prefer to see it in full HD then hop over to my You Tube channel here.

The materials I used to make the card are:
Card base 5“ x 7”
Extra piece of card the same as my base cut down to 8.5 x 13.5 cm or 3 3/8" x 5 3/8"
Copics Y02,Y15,YG00,YG03, R22 & R35
Altenew Beautiful Peony Stamp
Altenew Wallpaper Art Stamp
Momento Tuxedo Black ink
Misti
Craft foam sheet
Metal Ruler
Craft knife
Double sided tape
Scissors
Yellow organza ribbon 2.5cm wide
Handmade bow maker

I hope this card has inspired you to make a simple card, they don't always have to be complicated or overdone, simple is sometimes more beautiful!
